Calsonic Kansei and Magneti Marelli Change Their Legal Company Names to “Marelli”

Leading automotive supplier Marelli is delighted to announce that Calsonic Kansei and Magneti Marelli will officially change their respective legal company names to “Marelli” from next month. The move to a single brand was first announced in May this year and is an important next step in positioning Marelli to compete even more effectively on a global scale.

Calsonic Kansei Corporation will change its legal company name to 'Marelli Corporation”, while Magneti Marelli S.p.A. will change to 'Marelli Europe S.p.A.'. Following this, the names of major affiliate companies will also be changed to “Marelli' from next month.

As Marelli, the unified company is even better positioned to serve customers around the world, by continuing to build on and diversify its high-quality proposition.
