Marelli’s Display Privacy allows screen contents to be hidden from the driver’s view, thus addressing safety as well as privacy concerns for both driver and passenger. Compatible with all panel sources, up to 40’’ size, it is based on dual cell technology, thus enabling privacy screen activation only for specific display areas or only for specific kinds of content.

- Compatible with OLED/curved OLED (not affecting OLED’s lifetime) and TFT with local dimming
- Best-in-class privacy performance: <0.5% @45°; <1.0% @30°
- Avoids driver distraction while front passenger is viewing interactive contents (e.g., during night drives); the display can remain visible to the driver, if necessary
- Symmetric privacy angle to avoid display reflection on passenger’s window
- Possibility to limit to specific display areas (e.g., WhatsApp notifications shown only to relevant person - to driver on digital cluster, to passenger on their display)
