Auf dem Pariser Autosalon "Mondial de l_ Automobile" wird am Donnerstag (30.09.2010) beim ersten Pressetag der Opel Astra GTC präsentiert. Der alle zwei Jahre stattfindende Autosalon gilt von den Publikumszahlen her als eine der weltgrößten Veranstaltungen ihrer Art. Viele namhafte Hersteller präsentieren neueModelle und Antriebskonzepte. Ein Schwerpunkt sind Elektroautos, die in Europa kurz vor der Einführung auf den Massenmarkt stehen. Attractive light uniformity and manifold styling possibilities can be developed on a limited budget. Designed as an OLED-like product, Folia-LED has become a cost-convenient opportunity to reach volume markets.

Sophisticated electronics systems mean that animations can be created by controlling the lighting-on of each individual Folia-LED area source. Dynamic effects such as fluid filling of the Folia-LED areas can be achieved by playing with the desired time ramp.
